Distribution Sales Account Manager Apply

 

Craster is looking for a talented indivual to join our fast growing sales team as an International Distribution Sales Account Manager.   This role will involve both growing existing sales distribution relationships and opening up markets with new distributor relationships internationally.  Craster designs and manufactures luxury product ranges for many of the top hotel and restaurant brands worldwide.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • To develop long term sales relationships with key distributors in International markets and to meet sales quotas on a monthly basis
  • Strategic planning - working cross functionally with product, marketing, and nance to establish plans to accelerate network and revenue growth.
  • To assist with direct marketing campaigns, including email marketing and oine direct mail
  • Facilitate with domestic and international trade shows
  • Forecast, track and report sales growth back into the business

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

 

  • 3-5 years proven sales account management experience (preferably in the design and manufacture sector)
  • A track record of developing successful distributor sales networks
  • Independent self starter & intelligent problem solver
  • Creative approach to developing new sales channels and opportunities
  • Excellent people management and client relationship skills
  • Able to travel to the company’s main international markets, promoting the brand and support the distributor network via international trade shows.
  • A bonus - international Languages such as: French, German, Spanish.
  • Software – MS Oce and ability to quickly pick up in-house CRM and SOP system
  • A personal demand for excellence
  • Honesty, reliability, passion for design

 

Salary will be based on experience and target based commissions.
